be carefull ! ! !
I booked a room for my wife and paid by my dredit card, but they did not allow her to attend while she was in transit in her trip from US to Iran, due to Iranian passport. they did not even returned the money. so we paid for something which we never used.

I noticed that I am not the only person with the same query. I will land and depart from terminal 1 with an 11hrs inbetween flights. Do I need a “pass”, a visa or anything to rest at your hotel? I do not need to leave the airport but I am confused because it is so big and apperantly neet wheels to get from 1 terminal to another

I have Iranian passport and travelling to from Turkey to Canada. As I have a valid entry visa to Canada I do not need transit visa to travel via London. So I do not have transit visa but I can get into Heathrow airport. I have 21 hrs transit at Heathrow and I would like to know if I am eligible to use Yotel rooms in terminal 4?

Please advise
