Two Prefab Rowhouses

Constructed from solid timber, this prefabricated architectural project consists of two private houses in a residential neighborhood, that is being built on artificial islands in the east of Amsterdam.

The houses are similar, featuring a split-level section, whereas a three-story arrangement is facing the back garden and a four-story arrangement is facing the street.

These prefab homes include one bedroom for every member of the family, a large living space with an open kitchen, and two additional studio spaces. The interior large timber surfaces remain untreated and uncovered.

    I totally agree with Josh, is there an option for the ladder? I could use this kind of prefab for government projects, I would definitely like to hear more about this product.

  3. Love prefab designs but would not want to climb that ladder every night for bed!
