Even though I love nature and excursions to the lakes and woods only a few walking minutes from home are quite often the case, so far, other then homemade sandwiches and a thermos with water or tea, I haven’t really made more of this experience. Sometimes I wish I had the feeling we are going camping, also adding more time to such outings!
Like cooking a simple meal on the spot for example, or boiling up some fresh herb tea. On the other hand, keeping it simple is really important, too. Being armed like the Nasa is not my cup of tea concerning camping equipment. It might as well be that Biolite’s kettle pot, which is just recently released is a good option to consider, combined with the same brand’s popular Campstove.

It will most probably fit perfectly in the bicycle’s basket for those small daily trips. Bingo!
