Content is the heart of the web site, and after a positive initial impression, the user gains the most from the text. Users come to the web site because they are looking for information and the information may be found in the contents.

Users do not read all the content of the website. They skim through the content and choose the information that is relevant to them, so it is important for the information to be accessible, brief and clear. It must also be correctly arranged and organized with directions to the main pages for each category with content explanations and a glossary on the category, to ensure the content is understood and the user is correctly and successfully directed to the information he is looking for.
