Compact and full of personality, the open living, kitchen, dining is bright white from the walls to the exposed gable and clerestory window. Satiny wood floors with loads of character host light on their feet classic furnishings. White and black and wood, with just a pop of red unite the mid-century modern seating options.
The kitchen of clean white flat panel cabinets hosts stainless horizontal rod pulls, of which I’m a big fan. Gleaming black counters mirror the colorful checker board glossy tile back splash. You can never go wrong with a crystal chandelier, Eames’ designed chairs, and a Saarinen tulip side table. The living room art wall is a glorious and fearless example of how to successfully mix it up.
Two sleeping areas are both cozy and comfortable. Warm flannel grey perked up by fire engine red lines the full size bedroom. A cozy ladder accessed loft, with its own nook for storage, is a creamy cocoon for uninterrupted sleep.
