The Loft Office with Hanging Garden of Rotterdam-based jvantspijker architecture design practice is definitely a visual pleasure, where meetings can be held and minds can be molded, while coffee percolates and your morning ride – a footprint-free bicycle – can be parked right next to your coat.
Operating as an open-concept office environment, it would seem this is where business and pleasure can finally collide without infringing on productivity, but rather creating it.
Drenched in white, the walls, flooring and stair-rails all offer a clean slate from which to gaze upon while concocting your daily mission without distraction. Or simply clamber atop the pine and glass box that acts as a meeting room, and on its roof you will find a living oasis right in the center of the office space itself.
This space is more sanctuary, less office …and truly lends itself to an inspired environment of forward-thinking creators!
