It is easy to fall in love with a great desk. The kind of desk that gives you enough space to work on, organize your papers and store your stuff. The Customize-It Project Trestle Desk does all this and more. Best of all, the desk looks great. It has a modern yet warm feel to it and is available in Simply White or Rich Tuscan stain (dark wood).
The desk has two lift-up tops that reveal two hidden storage compartments. Each top has a corkboard so you can easily place notes and pictures on them (absolutely brilliant!). The cubbies have adjustable dividers that enable you to neatly place all of your office supplies. Additionally, the desk has an open storage niche that is perfect for keeping your computer or books. For extra storage, the trestle legs have two shelves each. The shelves are strong so you can easily place heavy electronic devices or a pack of magazines on them.
The desk is made from kiln-dried solid poplar or pine, MDF (Medium-density fiberboard), and a variety of veneers depending on the model (basswood/birch/pine) and cork. The dimensions of the desk are width 58″ x depth 23.75″ x height 30.75″ and it weighs 100 pounds.
