One of my dear closest friends is what I call ‘A professional Hostess’. Her dinner parties are known for their perfect ambiance, gorgeous food, table setting and unique servings. Every time she holds one of her famous dinners I know I’m up for another lesson in class and style of elegance and sophistication combined with coziness and warmth; as I said – perfection.
Well, last time I was there, I was taught the art of small details that make all the difference. By that I refer to Skagerak Denmark Plint. Little ceramic bowls on a wooden Teak that give a feeling for detail and sensitivity to the whole.
The set consists of 2 ceramic bowls 2.8″ diameter (dishwasher safe) and one teak stand. By giving the extra attention to the small things that are usually missing from a dinner table, my friend managed to create an atmosphere of real attentiveness; but that wasn’t all… See, this special set also comes in other designs for different needs – so right beside the fresh baked focaccia bread and antipasti, there was another teak and ceramic plint set that was designed as a spice rack, but could easily be useful for so many other things, like serving snacks or eggs in the morning.
That dinner party was something so special, my friend had really outdone herself – Unforgettable taste, sensations and special moments are crafted using fresh ingredients prepared with love and served with feeling; so simple and yet so classy and tasteful, literally. I immediately decided this is something I have to have as well, and not only that, I know now, that these two sets will star as my Christmas gift to the people I love.
